The lines of investigation of technology of production of seeds, fitotecnia of the cultivations, handling of the nutrition, of crop and poscosecha, organic agriculture, the technological transfer and agricultural extension is related with the identified priorities, especially grains, viandas and vegetables by means of the development and introduction of new varieties and hybrid of grains and its technology. Contribution to the sustainable increment of the production and quality of the productive chains. Also, he/she makes sure the production of seeds and establishment of the system of reproduction of original and basic seed. In viandas and vegetables it is also developed and it assimilates integral technologies for the production with high resistant sustainable yields to plagues and illnesses, as well as for the continuous production of vegetables under conditions of protected cultivation.
